Eastman Manufacturing Inc. also has the ability to create and machine parts for your operation. Whether it's a custom shaft for a blown out fan or a more complex part, Eastman will ensure that you get back up and running quickly.

 

You may need us to create spare parts for your machinery, create components, full assemblies, conveyor lines or much more. Our team is not only skilled, but has many years of experience.

At Eastman, we have been located in our current facilities for over 10 years. We have over 19,000 sq ft in our facility to fabricate, assemble, test and prepare industrial machinery. We have experienced millwrights on staff and can facilitate (or run) equipment or full plant moves.

Rather than purchasing a new oven, we can look at your old oven and design a retrofit that will give it more life and allow you to re-use an old oven for a new purpose. Contact us to find out if your oven can be salvaged and improved.

We have done the following for ovens:

• Changed the thermal characteristics of a system.
• Expansion of the size of the chamber/work area (One customer had an 8' high oven but the new process included a 12' component. Eastman modified the existing oven to accommodate the new process.
• Adding additional length to a conveyor oven to allow for improved line speeds.
